Shrimp (600-750 cal)
We had a PLETHORA of food. Clams, oysters, shrimp, ahi tuna tartar, crab salad, crab legs, and mussels and chose to try ALL of the different hot sauces they offered and everything was absolutely delicious! We almost couldnt stop eating. PLUS from the moment we entered, the staff was so accommodating and sweet. Our server was Evan and was absolutely awesome! We had such a great experience. 10/10 would recommend!
Hermit (830-920 cal)
My favorite sandwich in Surf City. The ahi-tuna variant is excellent with a very generous portion of fresh tuna and well balanced with light toppings.
Low Country Boil (1120 cal)
Wednesday low county boil special is on point!!!
Crab Legs (540-620 cal)
We favorite Restaurant!! Crab Legs are always cooked perfectly for that flawless "pull."
Hushpuppies
Best hush puppies ever especially when dipped with tartar. Always extra crispy and fluffy on the inside
Oysters (220-690 cal)
It was a first time visit for myself and mom. We ordered a peck of steamed oysters on Easter weekend. We had trouble opening them so a very kind young man named Bryan stopped everything and opened them for us. It was a very busy day, but he took great care of us because they normally don't open a peck of oysters for customers. The oysters were very good and just wanted to recognize Bryan as being an outstanding waiter! Would highly recommend this place and Bryan as your waiter
Seafood Basket (1110-1140 cal)
This is one of my go-to's. Everything I've tried always exceeds my expectations.
Calamari (370 cal)
The calarmai is the best around. None of those fake tasting rings. They have the good stuff with the tentacles! Delicious!
Shrimp 'N' Grits (920 cal)
Shuckin' Shack shrimp & grits has me abandoning my morals, my values, and possibly my citizenship. The plate hits the table and I go completely nonverbal. Just staring. Sweating. Hands hovering over it like I'm about to perform surgery. If someone says "that looks good," I pull it closer to my chest like a raccoon guarding trash. I don't chew. I black out and wake up emotionally attached and slightly out of breath. If Shuckin' Shack shrimp & grits ever told me to ruin my own life, I'd say "ok" and ask if it needed extra butter.
Crab Legs (540-620 cal)
I absolutely love the food here and the staff is super friendly! I pick up food here very often and have never had a bad experience!
