The second location for Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar co-founders, Matt Piccinin and Sean Cook, opened in November 2012. With a desire to expand the menu, but not the Carolina Beach location the two decided opening Shuckin’ Shack Wilmington was the perfect next step. Patrons of the original can find all their familiar seafood favorites with a variety of new options; seafood tacos, fried oysters, crab cakes and fresh salads are just a few of the Wilmington store additions.
